These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tcplants.in and any purchase made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

TC Plants is operated by Phyto Evolution, Kelambakkam, OMR, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Products

All products are tissue culture (TC) plants — sterile, lab-grown specimens. TC plants require an acclimatization period after leaving laboratory conditions. Natural variations in size and appearance are expected and do not constitute grounds for a dispute, return, or refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, with a full refund in such cases.

4. Shipping

  • We ship within India only.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmed payment.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Buyer’s Responsibility

TC plants require careful acclimatization after delivery. The buyer is solely responsible for providing appropriate acclimatization conditions including humidity, temperature, light, and substrate. We are not liable for plant losses during or after acclimatization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Phyto Evolution and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
