Refund and Cancellation

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from tcplants.in you accept the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Tissue culture plants are lab-grown, perishable, living organisms. Once dispatched they cannot be returned, reshipped, or exchanged. All sales are final.

No Cash on Delivery

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing aphytoevolution@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 78100 11581.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstance.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Transit Damage Claims

We take great care in packaging every plant. In the rare event of transit damage:

• You must record a clear unboxing video and submit it with photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.
• Valid claims will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Phyto Evolution. We may offer a store credit or replacement — cash refunds are not provided.
• The decision of Phyto Evolution is final in all disputes.

Acclimatization

TC plants are sterile, lab-grown specimens transitioning from controlled laboratory conditions to your growing environment. This acclimatization process carries inherent risk. Losses during or after acclimatization are entirely the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by any claim or dispute.

What Is Not Covered

We are not liable for:

• Plant death or deterioration after successful delivery
• Acclimatization losses
• Losses due to improper care, negligence, or unsuitable conditions
• Natural minor variations in plant size, colour, or appearance
• Damage due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
